August Council Meeting Highlights

Mortgage: The first reduced mortgage payment has been made to MIF.  MIF wants TVLC to develop a plan to reduce the debt.

Task Force on Worship/Music:  Council received recommendations for eliminating one of the Sunday morning worship services and adjusting service times. Contact Kathy Renno or Gary Peterson for details.

Children's Ministries:  Sunday School begins Sept. 12.  Trunk or Treat will be held on October 30.  Contact Susan Hergenhan for details.

Church Profile:  Council approved work to begin on a church profile which will be given to pastoral candidates.

Eagle Project:  The Council approved the refurbishment of the Pathways of the Cross area for one of the Boy Scouts' Eagle project.
