Pastor Greg Mannel

Pastor Greg Mannel was born and raised in North Dakota. He graduated
with the degree Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, and worked
as a Housing/Manager & Accountant. He attended Luther Seminary in St.
Paul, Minnesota, and served as a pastor in North Dakota, Wisconsin, and
Montana. He has also served as chaplain in Austin, Minnesota, and
worked with interim ministry for the last 14 years, most recently in
Lake Havasu & Phoenix. Pastor Greg earned a Master of Arts degree in
Counseling and had the privilege of developing a counseling/outreach
ministry within a congregational setting. His wife, Cathy, is a lay
professional in the ELCA and presently serves as a Hospice Chaplain with
Heartland. Cathy has a Masters degree in Music and Masters degree in
Spirituality and Aging. The Mannels have two daughters: Sarah and her
husband Mike and their son, Nicholas, who live in Tucson; and Ruth and
her husband Reed who live in Portland, Oregon. Pastor Greg's main
interest in congregational ministry has been and remains pastoral care
and counseling.
