Sunday School

Sunday School is off to a great start to 2011! Our Chapel begins at 9:00 every week.  We have room for all children who are ages 2 -5th grade.  There are many hands who help teach the children about God and Jesus and the wonderful love they have for us!

Sunday School

        December has arrived!  And with it is the beginning of Advent for the Sunday School.  On November 20th we also had our Service Sunday.  We made our advent wreaths, packaged 100 packages of Bean Soup for the Food Baskets, decorated the recipe that goes with the soup with stickers and had snack!  The greatest adventure for the Sunday School children was getting all of the canned and packaged foods ready to be packed into boxes for our Thanksgiving delivery!  This is the first year we have done this project and it was a great success!  (See the pictures below)  We have plans to return in December to do it all over again.  God has been very good to the Sunday School and we have lots and lots of helpers who make this ministry a wonderful place for all children!

        Sunday School starts at 9:00 am every Sunday.  We meet in the Chapel for our own Chapel Service.  Then off to class with our friends and teachers!  We have a great staff who help us learn to read the Bible, do our lessons, share our week, and create projects that help us remember about our lesson.  Snack is also shared each week just as Jesus and his helpers shared with people who came to hear him talk about God.

There are classes for children ages 2 to 5th grade!
