Saturday and Sunday

Saturday Service

The Saturday evening worship service meets in the sanctuary at 5:30 p.m. The service liturgy used is the Chicago Folk Service by Art Gorman. It is a complete communion celebration and communion is offered at every service. Our Saturday night musicians are very talented and faithful. They offer a wide variety of sacred music with a contemporary, folk flavor. Instruments include the piano, guitars and flutes.

Sunday Services

7:45 and 11:00am Services: These two services use traditional Lutheran Liturgy from the Lutheran Book of Worship. Music includes traditional hymns, solos, offerings from the Chancel Choir, the Bell Choir and Children's Choirs. Communion is offered the first and third and fifth Sunday of each month.

9:10am Service: This service usually uses a liturgy created by Prince of Peace in Burnsville, Minnesota. It is a more ecumenical service with contemporary music taken from the With One Voice service book and other musical sources. Special music is offered at every service. Communion is offer at the second and fourth Sunday of each month.

10:30am Service: The 10:30 service is our newest service and it is held in our newly constructed Nausin Family Life Center. The service is contemporary with contemporary music. Soloists and musicians offer special praise music every Sunday. Communion is offered on the first, third and fifth Sunday of the month.
